  • Add 6% to the total rental cost to include processing fees and 4% state lodging tax.

  • Rates increase 20% for Christmas, New Years, Easter and Day of the Dead week .

Included in the rental price:

  • Utilities (electricity, purified city water, one tank of propane gas)

  • Bilingual property manager, maid/cook and gardener

  • Telephone (local calls).

  • Vonage (VoIP) phone calls to USA and Canada.

  • Cable TV and Wi-Fi

For arrival only:

  • Household items: Toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, cleaning supplies.

Additional expenses:

  • Propane gas for heating the pool and/or Jacuzzi spa.

  • Estimated costs:  Pool $ 450 USD per week. 

  • Groceries are not included.

  • Tipping, fees for overtime and/or additional staff services.
