Casa Nueva Vida combines the old world charm of authentic Mexican architecture with modern day comforts. This traditional Spanish colonial layout has an indoor – outdoor flow. Be it the high wood beam ceilings, arched doorways, colorful tiles, authentic "ojo de buey" windows; each adds to the atmosphere and exudes warmth, character and a sense of style. Relax in the garden patio and take in the panoramic view from the roof terrace.

        16% VAT (tax on services/accommodations)

          4% lodging tax (State of GTO).

  • Add 20% Holiday increase for Christmas, New Years, Easter and Day of the Dead week.

  • Utilities (electricity, city water, one tank of propane gas)

  • Bilingual manager, part time maid/cook, gardener

  • Telephone (local calls)

For arrival only:

  • (1) 19 liter bottle of purified drinking water.

  • Household items: Toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, cleaning supplies.

Additional expenses:

  • Groceries are not included.

  • Tipping, fees for overtime and/or additional staff services.

  • Telephone calls: National and International plus tax 16%.

  • Propane gas beyond one tank provided for arrival.

  • Airport transfer (inquire about rates).
