Two full time staff:   Service 5 ½ days per week..

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3;00 PM. Saturday 8 AM – noon.


Alicia is the maid for cleaning the main level and she is a superb cook . She speaks English.

Juana is the maid for cleaning the 2nd floor,  changes linens, washes laundry and is a part-time gardener.

Alberto is the gardener. He works Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Bilingual property manager (off premises) for household needs and emergencies.

Alicia's cooking:  

She will prepare breakfast (served family style with tenants eating the same menu).

Breakfast is served between 9  - 11 AM.

During a 5-7 day stay, Alicia can prepare up to 2 light lunches and 2 dinners.

For additional lunches, there will be a charge of $100 pesos each time.

For dinners there will be a charge of $150 pesos each time. Normally, Alicia will prepare these meals during her regular hours. If you want her to stay beyond her regular hours, there will be a charge for overtime.

Contact the house manager for evening meals.This is an overtime addition expense for staff service.
