Casa Cho Co Latte is the ideal location for a stay in beautiful San Miguel de Allende. In particular, it gives guests a prime location for all the wonderful events that occur at and near the San Juan de Dios church, especially at Easter time.

This 1,800 sq. ft. home has a kitchen/dining room, a living room; a separate TV room; two bedrooms (one king, one queen); three full bathrooms; a washer/dryer stack unit; 3 gas fireplaces; and a beautiful west-facing terrace overlooking the historic San Juan de Dios Church.

This home has AC mini-split units in each of the two bedrooms. AC use (if needed) is available for an extra charge.

A gorgeous home in a magical city. It didn't feel like a rental, this is a home. Each room designed with lots of care and beautiful art everywhere. Sparkling clean and a wonderful team of women who came to clean every day. A well stocked kitchen. Stunning patio that was perfect for afternoon and sunset. Easy to walk everywhere.
It's like a townhouse, split into 3 floors so if stairs are not your thing, maybe chose a different place. We had a 2 year old and managed fine without her falling anywhere. We were also able to rent a crib from the management agency.
I recommend this home and would love to come back.


A wonderful home with beautiful decor and a homey feel. The second level living areas and rooftop terrace were both big highlights. Everything felt clean and fresh throughout the stay. Filtered water for the house should not go overlooked, either! Location is central and quiet for that area. We felt well taken care of as soon as we booked our reservation!
